morning routine 2 years ago

i just did some simple stretching the other morning, and it really helped set the mood for my day. It woke me up, relaxed me at the same time, and helped me focus on myself. I get tense easily, not necessarily through anxiety or stress, but sometimes in excitement too. Now to get up early enough for a full routine :)
