I have been better – a few times a week with a good friend – but still not very far. I need to be consistent and go FARTHER, not shorter. I have been a big slacker and gone shorter and shorter distances… whoa. what a slack. I’ll have more time now that life is cooling down.

This summer I was really good about going every day or every other day for 3-4 miles. In the winter I did NOTHING so it’s really hard to get back now that the weather is better…
