I really need to take on some breathing excercises to calm myself, b/c it really really helps
blogging doesnt, but slow deep breaths, through the nose, out the mouth…

when unhappiness threatens to soak me in it’s cold blanket, i just keep telling myself to let it go…let it go
I really need to work on letting other people be who they are…and not necessarily what they do to me, or against me…
I have a long way to grow…
it’s an everyday struggle,
stressers rule the world it seems
or at least that’s what i’m planning on…im out of school now so what i need to do is do an internship and get in shape…I’m happy about that…I want to get buff dammit! (but not like chyna)
I’ve opted to fix myself from the outside in, b/c well, i’m happy until i see what i look like…i’m confident, but i’m not happy with my appearance, and it’s affecting my self esteem.
