I NEED DISCIPLINE!!!!!

Since elementary school I’ve wanted to write. Making a living at it, especially a good living, is secondary although I wouldn’t refuse it.

For years friends and family have urged me to get back into writing, and there were so many excuses and roadblocks, but last November a friend told me about National Novel Writing Month, where you write 50,000 words during the month of November, and I did it. Actually made it to 50, 133 three days early. I participated again this year. It’s an amazing feeling to accomplish the 50k word goal and meet so many likeminded people on the message boards. It’s got me thinking that this may be attainable after all. I now have two novels that I can finish and market. I’m in the process of that with the latest one now.
