Well I just came off of a 10 days master cleanse detox and had some delicious homemade roasted vegetable soup. I’m going to take it easy and eat fresh for the next few days. I will do a liver detox on Saturday night. After that I will officially check this goal off as done.

I’ve detoxed in the past but after the holidays it is time to do it again. Hopefully I can start this in a week or so. I just got over the stomach flu and need to get my body nourished again. I’m excited to do it again.
