Yesterday, I... 17 months ago

... did about 10. I haven’t been doing them regularly, but I got a lot of exericse yesterday dancing, doing sit-ups, and jumping on the trampoline.



Did some more today... 17 months ago

Trying to remember to do them everyday!



Made it to... 18 months ago

...12 today. :) That makes me happy, since I started with 5 a day. Trying to work it up to 30.



I did... 18 months ago

... 10 sit-ups today and yesterday and also spent time outside today with my family on the trampoline and swing. Nice exercise! :)



So... 18 months ago

...I did situps and some stretches and leg exercises today. It definitely makes me feel better and more flexible and comfortable. I hate sports and running and whatnot – just taking the time to move my body without worrying about anybody else or if I’m doing it ‘right’ feels really good.
