Be a better Jew

I just finished reading Genesis. I will continue tonight with Exodus.

One neat thing I found that might just be a strange coincidence is a mention of Judith daughter of Beeri (Genesis 26.34)

My grandfathers middle name was Berry and my mothers middle name is Judith. I need to ask my mother about that.

I have started to read the Torah I am more than half way through Genesis. I am a little late coming seeing that I am 24. I have been reading a little bit after work nightly.

I am completely Jewish by blood, both parents and all four grandparents, but I haven’t been to temple since second or third grade. I am 24 now, do the math. I am not very religious to to say the least, and neither are my parents.I am a jew in the way I was raised, not religiously.
