I am no longer going to judge myself for others and make degrading comments about my body.
I am going to take pride in the person that I am and press on toward my goal of gaining a fit and healthy lifestyle.
I am going to accept who I am and work on improving everything that I have neglected about myself for the past 5 years.
I admit that I have been ignoring my weight for the past year and a half and am going to go on a weekly weight check.
I am going to make healthier eating choices for myself as well as my daughters so that they grow up with good eating habits and don’t fall into the same patterns that I have.
I am going to work on stretching, walking and incorporating the basic pilates routine into my day rather than sit around and do nothing with myself.
I am going to accept that God created each individual with the physical characteristics that I have and not compare others to myself.
I am no longer going to try to take on the burdens and struggles of the world ;~) and accept that I can’t get EVERYTHING done in one day.
I am going to take time out for me at least once a day to reflect on my day and journal to keep the goal alive and not become discouraged.
By making these positive changes and giving myself the drive to do it, I know that I can reach my goal of losing 50lbs.
And I know that all of you can do the same…have faith in your abilities, we are women, strong for a reason. We can accomplish this!
