It turns out I passed MLC. FAP will take me about a year… and then there’s that other VEE credit. EA will take me at least a year (two exams, plus that responsible pension experience criteria).
So, a year or so and maybe I’ll be there one way or the other.

So, I’ve taken MLC – waiting for the results.
And before I know if I have to retake MLC, I’ve already signed up for the next thing: FAP. Gah, it looks like it will be a lot of work.
Hopefully, I can do it while retaining more sanity than studying for MLC left me.

First, I have a job lined up – making me an actuarial associate or somesuch. (YAY paycheck!)
Second, I will have 2/3 VEE credits, once grades are final so I can request a transcript and send in those forms.
Third, I am taking 4/C and M-FE in a little more than a week. Wish me luck!

I have unofficially passed exam P. (Initial results at the testing site indicate that I passed.)
I’m guessing that they (SOA/CAS) are smart enough to know that telling someone (even tentatively) that they passed and then rescinding would be VERY BAD MOJO and that they would thus err on the conservative side and not indicate passing for borderline exams.

Anyone else find it painful to wait so long for results? The test is scantron – how hard can it be to grade them and then draw a cutoff? I took it ~ a month ago, and have another month-plus until I see the results.
