i’m gonna go ahead and mark this as done even though i have a few days left.
i honestly believe that this goal is officially complete.
i have avoided every fast food place that i saw…
infact, i really have not eaten much at all this week compared to what i normally eat.
so maybe this will help me to lose a few pounds in the process?

i havent been quite as tempted lately though.
hopefully the worst is over now.
i’m about a week into this and still holding strong!
i’ve been temped several times already…
but thank god for my frozen dinners and granola bars!
i made this my new personal challenge because it is very tempting every night and day to eat fast food.
it’s gonna be even more tempting starting tomorrow when i’ll be working 80 hour work weeks for 2 weeks.
but i really want to overcome this urge for crappy food!

it’s very tempting to grab something quick to eat on the way home from work late at night when i’m tired.
and since one of my goals is to never eat at mcdonalds again,
sometimes i think it’s okay to eat somewhere else.
it’s all crap. plain and simple.
i could maybe save some money and calories by just packing my own lunches/dinners/snacks from now on.
i am really gonna work on this starting on 06/06/07.
