I have not really been working on this one… When I start my work out(s) I will have to stretch more… this will not happen until Monday when I start my dieting (food Journal) and walking

I think I am going to take up Palaties… This way I will get the stretching along with the strength…(lean muscle toning)... But you know it is one of them things easier said than done.. I hope this plan works out for me. I am going to try to do them nightly… Maybe with time it will become a normal every day life routine…
