Spend less time fooling around on the net and more time actually working

Well since the jjb board went kaput and I lost my favourites list I don’t waste as much time on concreteloop and perezhilton and wherever else I used to spend my day’s re-reading the same old shit on every gossip rag. I have actually been working at work. Of course I also have a new job where I’m not in my own cubicle anymore so it’s a little stressful tryign to see the latest Toni Braxton upskirt photo on crunktastic when you’re surrounded by middle aged white men who just wouldn’t understand your need to see this incredulous thing.. I mean do they even know who TOniis much less Mariah and why she’s wearing a miniskirt and high heels to walk her freaking dog? Well.. all I can say is it’s dampened my need to go surfing as I used to.. I miss it sometimes.. but I guess my career will be better off without it.. sigh at least that’s what I keep telling myself. We’ll see how long I last.

I have to admit I’m not really suceeding at this, there are just too many draws online..

1) Checking my bank balance to see how much I’m not worth
2) Reading up on hiphop news
3) Reading up on hollywood news
4) Reading MSN Money
5) Blogging, 43 things, forums
6) Looking for a better job on workopolis.com
7) Reading my emails
8) Writing emails
9) Viewing stupid email attachments
10) Searching out lyrics to songs that enter my head randomly or searching out topics that interest me.. google.com of course

by the time I do all this it’s time to go home to get some rest! phew!
