Daily!

I will do the set of exercises I have from my previous physiotherapist daily starting today. If I miss a day – I have to double it next day. My doctor said I should feel better after a month!



Cushion

I tried putting a cushion under my knees at night and woke up without any back pain for 2 days! My old doctor recommended it but I never tried it before. Going to continue it for now.



A few things

It’s been a while since I did anything about this goal. But few days ago I brought my laptop to our second bedroom and started to use our desk. No more typing on my lap! I also did a little yoga last couple of days and it noticed a bit more flexibility. Will definitely do more of it today.



Pilates

I did 10 minutes of pilates today. It felt great although I am not as flexible as I thought. It was painful at times, but I want to do do it again! Let’s see how often I can do it.



Need to work on this

I’ve been neglecting this goal for so long. My back is not doing well lately – it’s stiff and achy and I have migraine at least 2-3 times a week.



A book to the rescue

I am going to check Free Yourself from Back Pain. I read good reviews about Alexander technique before. In the meantime, I stretch most of the days and do my exercises …erm… from time to time. Need to work more on this.



Starting today

I bought a yoga mat yesterday, so I am going to start doing my back exercises today. Hope it will not only improve my posture, but also help with lower back ache and migraines. I felt much better when I was doing my little back routine daily.
