Hopefully this week I finally manage to average at least 5 servings a day…
5/15:ornage, grapes, a big salad, pear, carrots, broccoli around 7* servings today, maybe even more!
5/16:dont remeber, probably around *2, didnt eat that well that day

Last week I averaged like 4.4 so this week I really want to make it 5…
5/8: ornage, big salad, salsa, tomato sauce and veggies on a slice of pizza – around 5.5
5/9:not many at all, maybe 2*
5/10:had an apple and a bunch of tomatoes and cuccumbers – *5
5/11: carrots, tomatoes – 4*, aiming for 7 tomorrow
5/12: carrots, tomatoes, cuccumbers, – *6
5/13: I dont remember really, around 4* I think
5/14: carrots, orange – *2.5
I only averaged a little over 4 servings a day this week, down from last week, but I still think Im going alright, Im making more of an effort to eat them, so thats good.
I havent been keeping track of my fruits and veggies for a few weeks so I should start again. The goal is to average out at about 5 a day. I just bought a bunch of fruits and veggies so it should be easy this week…
5/1: big salad – 4, orange – 1 = 5*
5/2: orange -1, bananna -1, grapes – 1.5, carrots, cauilflower, broccoli – 1.5 = *5
5/3: salad – 3, cuccumber-1, bananna – 1 = 5*, Im doing really good so far!
5/4: pear, bananna, cuccumbers – *3.5
5/5:salad -3, bananna -1, cuccumbers and tomatoes – 1.5, salsa -.5 = 6*
5/6: I dont remember exactly how many but I would say around *4
5/7: didnt eat many today maybe 2, oops. so I averaged 4.4, not horrible, but not 5, hopefully I can do it next week.
3/20: sweet potatoe (2) eggplant (1) = 3*, not great
3/21: guacamole (1.5) salsa (1) = *2.5, damn, I need to get back on track!
3/22: I think the only thing I got into day was an orange, so a measly 1*, for the rest of the week I want to eat at least 6 servings each day, lets see if thats possible..,
3/23: orange (1), salad (2), tomatoe sauce (1) = *4 today, better than the last few days, but still not up to what Im aiming for
3/24: pineapple smoothie (2) bananna (1) potatoe (1), so about 4 today

My goal this week is to eat an average of 4.5 fruits and veggies each day…
3/13: orange (1), veggies in sandwhich (1), spinach and tomatoes in pasta dish (1) = 3* for today.
3/14: smoothie (2) salad (2.5) zuchini, carrots, broccolli (2) = *6.5, did quite well today!
3/15:orange (1) blueberry smoothie (2) = only 3* servings today. Ill try to make up for it tomorrow.
3/16: salad (2) apple (1) veggies in weight watchers meal (1) ornage slices (1) = *5 for today, woohoo!

3/19:? Didnt really keep track the last few days, but I dont think I did well. This is harder than I thought it would be!
Didn’t do that great last week with goal so hopefully this week is better. My goal is five a day, but even 4 is pretty good.
3/6: apple(1) salad(3) sauce from 2 slices of pizza plus a couple small chunks of pineapple(.5) = 4.5 servings today. Not bad.
3/7: pineapple/strawberry smoothie(2.5)ummm, thats it I think. so a measly 2.5 servings today, damnit.
3/8: only had a salad today,about 2* servings, not good at all! My goal is six for tomorrow to make up for the last couple of days.
3/9: smoothie (2) salad (2) lean cuisine meal (1.5) some orange slices (.5), so *6 today, woohoo!
3/10: salad (2.5) green beans (1) orange slices (.5) = 4*, not to bad.
3/11: salad (1.5), smoothie (2), vegetairian pizza thingys (1.5) = *5, woohoo!
3/12: Im not sure exactly but I would say about 2*, from the sauce I had on pizza for lunch and pasta for dinner, didnt do very well today at all! Average for the week= *3.7, hopefully I can get it up to 4.5 next week.,
So my plan is to write down how many fruits and veggies I eat everyday for a month. My goal is to eat 5 a day. Hopefully if I do actually eat 5 a day for a month Ill get in the habit of eating them more. Okie dokie. Week one….
2/26:2 servings fruit (pineapple), 1 serving veggie (veggie burger) 1 serving veggies (squash) I also had potatoes today, which are more of a startch though, and a little bit of apple, so I would say those amount to about a half serving. TOTAL = 4.5
2/27:2 servings fruit (blueberry/pineapple smoothie)1 serving fruit (apple) 1/2 serving veggie (green pepper) TOTAL = 3.5 not great.
2/28: 1 serving veggies (asparagus) 1 serving veggies (tomato sauce) = 2* servings today, didnt do well at all! Ill definitaly try to make up for it tomorrow.
3/1: had spinach (1) tomato on my bruschetta (1) and a salad (2) so *4 today. Better than yesterday but not up to 5 yet.
3/2: salad (2) orange (1) sauce on slice of pizza plus veggies in my rice (1), so 4* today. Tomorrow I am going to eat 5 damnit!
3/3: 2 oranges (2) salad (2) pineapple smoothie (2) = *6, woohoo!

This week I didnt really do that well, better luck next week.
I’ve been making smoothies almost everyday and its a great way to get in at least 2 servings of fruits. So, yeah.
Ive been keeping track of how many fruits and veggies I eat a day and it averages out to about 3 or 4, I wanna move that up to 4 or 5 and then one day 5 or 6. I havent gone food shopping in like 3 weeks but Im going Saturday so Im gonna stock up.
