I have eaten horribly for the last three days and really need to get back on track. Tomorrow I’m taking my mom out for dinner and normally I make horrible choices when eating out, so tomorrow I really need to keep myself in check.

my goal was to have lost 10 by the 27th but that is not going to happen, unless I can lose 5 pounds in a week… So if I can get below 140 by the 27th I’ll be a happy camper, a 7 pound loss would be enough for me!
Woohoo! I weighed myself this morning and I’m down to 142-142.5 pounds (I should get a digital scale because my eyes are always so sleepy when I wake up that I can’t really read the dial on the scale…) My starting weight was 146, so I only have 1- 1.5 pounds to go to meet the pound mark, holla’! My goal was to be at 140 by Saturday but I would be happy at 141, or even if I stayed at 142.
I still have only lost two pounds, by goal was to have lost four my tomorrow, which probably wont be happening. But at least my weight hasn’t gone back up!
I’m two down and have eight more to go by September 27th, which is 2 pounds a week, doable.
My plan to lose 10 pounds by September 27th is not going as well as I would like, because I haven’t lost any weight. Shit! I’ve been going out a lot lately which is the main reason, so I need to cut back on that. I’ve been exercising most days though and trying to walk to work more often, so I’ve got that going for me. I just really need to focus on my diet.
My goal is to lose 10 pounds by my 26th birthday which is on September 27th, so around 2 months to do it. Hope this attempt works out better than my previous 347 attempts to lose weight…
Yesterday I wrote that I had gained several pounds because of lady troubles, and it must have been the case because I weighed myself this morning and I’m back down to the weight I was at when I lost 5 pounds, so thats good!
I had lost 5 pounds and now I have gained 4 of them back!! I think its due to a week of bad eating and the fact that its going to be “that time of the month”. Its frustrating!! Im hopeing that I dont over do it on Thanksgiving and the night before when I’ll probably going out with my sister, so that I can get back to where I was by next week. My goal was to have lost 10 pounds by December 15th, so until then hopefully I can stick to about 1600-1800 calories a day and exercise at least 4 times a week.
I have five more pounds to lose and I must say that the first five pounds were alot easier to lose than the current five pounds. I just cant seem to get my diet in check. I’ve been exercising but eating way to much. At least I have maintained my weight loss, but its still frustrating. Starting tomorrow I really am going to try to focus more on my eating so I can lose another two pounds by Thanksgiving…when I will probably gain them back, shit.
