I have been doing allright with this goal lately. It’s been really really cold this past week but I still went for a walk three times so thats good. I haven’t been drinking as much and I have lost around 5 pounds, so yeah. I need to start eating more fruits and veggies though because I have been really bad about that lately.

Now that its summer I’ve been eating a lot more fruits. Today I’ve already had pineapple, grapes, watermelon and cherries. I always eat more fruit during the summer, but I also always eat more freeze pops, which are basically sugar, even though I love them I need to cut back. No more than 2 a day. Maybe 3…
I’ve been doing pretty good with this goal since putting it up. I’ve been exercising around 3 times a week, I haven’t been drinking that much at all, and I’ve been eating a balanced diet, lots of fruits and veggies, whole wheat foods and calcium rich foods. Of course I’ve had some slip ups, like the big White Chooclate and Coconut Lindtt chocolate bar I had yesterday (oops…) but I’m doing better than I was. May I also add that while I’m writing this I’m eating my first ever tangerine and it is dliicious!!!
Well the goal for today was to eat no sugary things (I did), to exercise (I did not) and to go food shopping ( I did not). It didn’t do to great with my goals, oops. But I did walk to and from work, worked an 9 hour waitressing shift, and I ate pretty well. I dont feel all full and bloated anymore so thats good. Tomorrow I will try and do better on living my new and healthy life stlye…
After this past week of stuffing myself full with cookies and chocolates and other treats, as well as getting hardly any exercise, I am ready for some changes!! I feel horribly gross and unhealthy right now and can’t wait for the holidays to be over so I can focus more on eating healthy and getting fit. Tomorrow I plan on eating NO SUGAR, I swear my teeth are going to fall out from all the sweets I’ve been eating, I’m going to go running and I’m going to go food shopping and buy all healthy and wholesome foods. And then I’m going to throw away all the cookies and other unhealthy snacks that have filled my kitchen for the past few weeks. Blah!!! Thankfully my boyfriend is also in a sugar coma and wants them all out of the apartment as well. Normally I would wait until the new year to start trying to be healthy, but its probably best if I start tomorrow. Im excited about it. :)
