helping me 3 years ago

its helping me to struggle against depression, now i go 3 times a week and is working i feel a lot better, less depresive, can sleep better and it help my legs because i spend a lot of time seating.

when i don’t feel like swiming i smoke a little and then relax completely i let myself go!
