I have discovered that trying to be more patient is a big mistake. I am, by nature, a patient person, but I have a few triggers that I’d really like to learn to diffuse. The main trigger is when my kids come home from visiting grandparents.
Recently, I have found something that helps. Closing my eyes. If I just close my eyes and breath, I relax. I don’t know for sure if it’s closing my eyes or breathing that activates my patience, but I always do both.
