My plan was to wake up with dawn and run to the nearest beach to swim and sun tan like a true passion inspired person. However, I woke up at 9:30 or so, and spent 20 minutes to decide wether I will have enough time to go to the beach before my volunteering. (another passionate activity of mine) I decided I will go, even if it’s a 10 min bus ride, and even if it’s only for 30 minutes of swimming.
I arrive, and what glory! I have the whole beach to myself! After a swim I lied on the sand realising how much I loved the sun, the river, the earth. While I was sending all these wonderfull love massages to nature, someone persistantly was biting my left toe. My first thought was scorpions… (Where in hell would you find scorpions in northern america I have no clue) I looked, and it was a duck!!! Missing a few of his own toes i noticed, but still a very nice, even a little shy duck. It looked at me hiding its nose in the feathers and I instantly felt our friendship grow. We discussed the weather, and since I had no food on me the bird slowly waddled back to water.
Morale of the story, even if you have no time, do go and do whatever you wanted to do.
My passion moment today

Passion or Love?
I was walking to the store today, a long walk, about 30 minutes or so. I stopped at every flower, every tree and every bird that amazed me. Being present definitly helps living a passionate life. There is no love in my life at the moment, the person I cherished the most disappeared and I was left disillusioned. But I think passion is still possible without loving someone, it is possible to just love life.
