This goal was easy once I got into the habit. Also I keep a checklist on my fridge that is satisfying to check off and see the days I’ve exercised. A great motivational tool.

Last week was not so good. I did 4 days. This week I AIM FOR 7/7!
I am up to 5/7 days right now! I keep a checklist on the fridge. Next week I want to get up to 6/7 days! I CAN DO IT!
