I used to neglet putting anything on my calendar, but now I’m very conscience of all my appointments after missing one to many and feeling really guilty.
I found a calendar that fits in my purse and I whip it out everytime I need to. I feel less forgetful and more in tune with the ebb and flow of my own life. I enjoy the sanity this allows, also. I absolutely hate forgetting when/where I’m supposed to be—I feel as if I’m letting myself down if I don’t keep track.
