That’s what it’s got to be for me to do it, simple!
I will check this one off when I am free of shin splints and my mileage is way up like 10 mile runs.

I wonder sometimes if I’m just a sissy for pain or what. Anyhow, I bought some excellent inserts and brand new shoes a while back, that helped significantly I just need to make sure that I ice and stretch after each and every run and I think I’ll be good to go for my marathon.
