Since E is away on business I have time to get organized and reflect what really matters from day to day. I have already made some small but very important achievements this year…
1. I set out my gym cloths and everything I’ll need for the gym the night before.
2. I remember to put lotion on after the shower after the gym
3. I have a nightly beauty and relaxation routine
4. I don’t nap unless I am truly tired; instead I go for a walk or do something that gets blood pumping
There are some more minor achievements but those are some key factors in the beginning and end of my day. It’s these little things for me that help keep depression at bay, it’s structure!
