A check mark for the day, it went really well :)
So I breezed through all of the sets today, which is excellent considering how challenging I found the push-up’s to be.
So it went….

I used a Weider under the door foot holder and made sure to really focus on my form on each sit-up rather than blowing right through them.
Does anybody else think that their hips feel a bit uneven on the ground or is that just me?The directions recommended that I start on the middle column in Week 3 Day 1, so I did. Just like with the sit-ups it completely escaped my mind to do the max set. I will be moving on with both the push-ups and sit-ups tomorrow anyway because I know I can do much more.
I will be starting in week three of this program on Monday. Yay me!
