went really well today did 8 on my max set

I have to admit it was tough to get through, my right shoulder is still sore from playing raquetball w/ E on Saturday.
My thoughts at each rep…
1. 6 p.u.’s wow I maybe I should have taken a more recent pre test instead of guessing my stength
2. 6 p.u.’s again, okay I can make it
3. 4 p.u.’s now I feel warmed up
4. 4 p.u.’s Oh I hope I make it through the minimum 5 on the next set
5. 7 p.u.’s Yay me :)
So all in all Day One was a success.
I started this one last night after my midnight run on the middle column 2 week 1 day 1. I just realized that I totally forgot to do the last max set though. I was quite tired. The push-ups were nothing though
