Weight Loss in worth it!

I know I need to lose a lot of weight to get to a healthy weight. I need to start working on losing instead of beating myself up over it all the time. I have to find a way to lose the weight that will work for me. Now is the time to start and I want to lose 15 pounds in the next three months.
