I think I have gained a consciousness of this need to a point where I am comfortable taking it off my list of goals. Best of luck to the others who are looking towards this goal.

Well I cannot keep up with 2 ltrs a day if I am at work but I did drink/sip water all day long and I didn’t feel dehydrated so it is probably ok. I think I am doing fine.
I bought one of those mini gallons jars with 2.3 ltrs capacity. It has helped me keep track of how much I should drink and if I am meeting this goal or not. It has helped. I have been drinking about 2 ltrs a day for the past two days.
Of course I have been home and I guess that helped. I may not be able to keep it up at work.
.. though I am sure I should br drinking more than I am. Does anyone know for sure how much one should drink in a day? Is it an absolute or linked to body weight/type?
I fill up my bottle at work as soon as I get in to remind me to drink water and get more. At home, I fill up a tall glass and keep it with me for the same. It has been working. Still not up to where I would like it to be but I am happy if it is more than half a glass a day or less that I usually get.
I am so bad about this goal. May be sticking up big posters all around my home and office will help me remember.
Well, today was a better day! But I am still not happy with the overall status. Need to constantly remind myself to drink more water throughout the day.
Only had 4 glasses today! Way below what I should be having! It is so easy to forget while things are going crazy around you… Going to get a glass right now!
Does drinking OJ count? I guess it is not water but it does help overall. Can’t replace water though so anyways…
