I haven’t posted in a while because there is not much to report. Work has been extremely hectic and stressful and I tend to go for junk food not only for comfort but also to enable myself to work the crazy hours I have been working.
Anyways, excuses aside, here is where I am now. At least I didn’t slip all the way back.

Well, if a hallucination persists 6 days, maybe it is time to accept it as reality. :-) It has been six days and I am still at 162. Yay me!!! I am psyched because this is usually where I swing back to 165+. I hope this is a sign that I am going to make it this time.

Still on 164 but I am not worried (yet!). As long as the trend is in the right direction (down), I am ok with it being slow. It is probably better since it increases the chances that I will be able to keep it off for good.
Of course, munching on chips in the middle of the day – even if they are veggie chips made from real tomatoes, spinach and potatoes – is not the way to go about doing this. ;-)

Reactivated my account on The Daily Plate which is part of the livestrong.com site. Keeping track of what I am eating and my water intake as well as exercise should help.
I do realize I have a long way to go – 50 lbs to lose. Losing the 1st 10 is providing harder than I thought. But I have done it before so I know I can do it again.

Drink water, eat less, no junk food (hard), less carbs (harder) and get some exercise (hardest!) – that is the plan for now. Let’s see what happens.

I knew it! It was bound to happen! Go on vacation, specially to visit family and friends and I always put on weight. All 10 lbs are back on!!! ARrrgghhhhhhhhhhh!!!!
