My oven doesn’t work, which is all the more reason to start experimenting more with raw recipes.

I had a raspberry ‘cake’ the other day that tasted like real food – it was soo filling, seemed to fill both the ‘dessert’ craving and it was also like a meal! I felt really healthy afterwards instead of full of sugar.

I need to concentrate on pre-prepping veggies for snacks, lunches, and salads. I also need to pick a salad a week (even if it’s not all veggie) to take for lunches.

Goes along with my goal to cook more.
