I used to have intense mood swings earlier. I used to be rather irritated and frustrated all the time. I think it was just because I was living a idle lifestyle. Have you ever heard that saying: ‘Idle mind is a devils mind’. When I realized this, I just started keeping myself busy. Started doing things I like and almost anything that I could find. I love dancing so I joined dance classes. Joined 43things.com :) and postcrossing.com. Made small goals and started small projects. It could be anything: art , craft, workout goals, and any other things I came across on the net. I also started a blog. I had things to look forward to and I had no time to think and feel the negative. I am just generally happier now to be irritated at anything. This has helped a lot and it keeps getting better. There are always, and will always be, times when I do get irritated and angry, but I just stop for a second and take a deep breath and then face whatever it is that is irritating me.
