Joined a gym this weekend.
My first work out is tonight.
And they have a daycare type deal, so I have no excuse. (that and they’re open 24/7)
I’m still being good. I’ve worked out every night so far.. (go me!) And I’ve dropped 3 pounds!
I’ve been working out on my Gazelle. I bought it off my sister some time ago, but didn’t have room for it in my room.. now however I do, and I’ve been working out on it since I moved it in the house. However, she came over a few days ago and noticed the shocks or what looks like shocks to me, where on. I didn’t know, so she put them on, and now I have resistance… what I thought was an easy work out just got a hell of a lot harder. But I haven’t given up! I’m proud of me. Before I would go 30 mins and barely break a sweat, now give me 4 mins and I’m sweating.
So far since I started this on the 3rd, I have worked out EVERY night. I myself am in shock. I’ve always been REALLY lazy as far as working out goes.
I’m proud of myself, and I’m gonna stick with it. Come hell or high water.. I will be a hottie one day!
I’m tired of being a fat ass!
I now have a gazelle in my room, and for the first time in I couldn’t tell you how long, I actually exercized last night!
It was only for about 30 mins or so, but it’s better than nothing. I plan on doing at least 30 mins a day.
