The best feeling on earth. Completed the challenge. Lost 5 inches off the waist. I’m going to reward myself with a new wardrobe and gym gear. Never was a gym person, today cant live without a workout. Missed only 4 of the 84 days workout schedule, but as they say it “Progress and not perfection is the goal” . The idea is to carry on after you fall down and not to beat yourself on the miss. All four of my misses were due to the lower back pains, but all in all it was a goal well accomplished. I’ve started my second BFL challenge as i wish to achieve a well defined 6 pack abs (3 months away from that). I wish all the people you really have decided to make a difference in life to try the http://www.bodyforlife.com challenge. My life has changed, your can change too.

What a journey? Phenomenal sense of pride and achievement. Makes me confident that i can accomplish anything i set a goal to. Have only missed 2 weight and 2 cardio days of training in these 78 days. Will be making up by extending a week. The results are not exactly photo finish, but they are very encouraging. My food for life plan was not exactly tight as i could not source the supplements i needed for the program. I substituted the prescribed supplements with locally available supplements. I’ve dropped 5 inches of my waist. I feel extremely energetic and fired up to do my second body for life challenge in a row. In fact I’m going to make it a part of my life. I’ll encourage more and more people who are looking for a healthier fitness program to try the http://www.bodyforlife.com program by Bill Phillips and EAS. Millions have done it, you can do it too.
“Each and every day i’m getting better and better”, thats the affirmation i’m going with during this challenge. I’m proud to have reached the point in the challenge where i feel its achievable and it is worth every effort i’ve put in. Now is the time to tweek all the aspects of the BFL porgram and make a final push for the last four weeks. I’m already feeling that this program is becoming a way of life for me. I’m proud of writing a new pattern of positive change in my life. I encourage more and more people to do the http://www.bodyforlife.com challenge and experience the change that more than a million people have experienced. Reward yourself, its the best thing you would give yourself.
Crossed the half way mark. Have put off all travelling. The sun is blazing with 45 degrees celcius. Everybody is taking a summer break. But i’ve decided to stick around till June 30th for the challenge. Today my personal trainer is not well, therefore have to do the lower body weight training all by myself. Plan to make these 5 weeks extremely effective and result oriented. God give me the courage to complete the challenge and make it a way of life.
Awesome feeling. I could not do the aerobic workout on Saturday, but finally did it on Sunday, felt great that i had kept a promise and made up for the miss. It feels awesome to have come through the half way. Six more weeks to Victory. Feel energetic the whole week. I’ve decided to pump up workouts and fine tune the eating for life program. May god help me achieve the final goal.

Awesome feeling, completed one month of the program 2 months to go. Feeling exalted. Muscles gaining strength and the cardio are also shaping up good. The temperature outside is soaring to 45 degrees celcius. This week i’ve fine tuned my eating for life plan and am expecting good relults from it. Also, the ab workout will go into the next gear (preparing for the ab boot camp). Again i pray to god to give me the courage to follow through the 90 day challenge and help me achieve the goal of loosing 15 kgs and reaching a waist size of 30 inches.
Excellent workouts this whole week. Feeling much stronger. Need to improve my food and supplementation. Have started to learn slasa since 21st april. Feel lovely after the dance classes. God give me the courage to complete my 12 weeks of workout and help me loose 15 kgs and get a waist size of 30 inches. 3 done 9 to go!
Feeling elated, that i’ve completed week 2 of 12 weeks body for life program. I’m feeling stronger and happier. This week i intend to increase the intensity in my weight training and focus on eating for life. I need to fine tune my food and eating timings. God give me the courage to follow through the 12 weeks and then for life.
