I always feel so clean and destressed afterwards. Unfortunatly, my favorite teacher is leaving after this week. I think I will get some aromatherapy stuff so I can put it on my forehead like she used to. But its not the same. And doing it at home is not the same. I don’t know, maybe if I cleaned up my room more. I need to clean up my life. I see yoga as a good way to start doing that. Any suggestions on a good relaxation/strength yoga dvd?

I’ve been going once a week, twice if I can. I am so weak though. My big goal is to be able to someday lower from a real plank into a real crocodile rather than just collapsing to the ground. I wonder if i will ever be good at it. I am starting to do a few poses at home. I think it’ll be a lot easier once i lose some weight (see that goal).
both this week and last i had to go to wednesday yoga because it is later in the day, so i only have to leave work about an hour early. This one is a lot more intense and not so relaxing. plus she doesn’t put the aromatherapy on our foreheads like the other teacher does. maybe i can try to go to the monday class at 4 as well.
i woke up with a headache and tension in my neck. also, by lower back was hurting in the same old place. After class, i felt great. its really amazing. i even kind of cried a little during relaxation. i don’t know why.
i so meant to go this morning but ended up sleeping through it. disappointed, as i’ll have to wait another week.
i’ve gone two weeks in a row to the free classes on campus. the first time was really hard. i was so sore the next day. last time wasn’t so bad though. i plan to go again tomorrow. this is a lot better than trying to follow a video at home.
