... for our accountant to get back to us.

it’s all right he hasn’t. got too many other things to work on.

Yesterday, got the 2005 papers in the mail to my mom’s accountant.

Hopefully, after he’s finished with my mom’s 2005 taxes, he will amend her 2004 return.

Now on to our own taxes, which will take part of day to do.

This past weekend, I actually organized all of these papers and my husband made copies of all of them.

Still I need to do some detail work … blah … and then can send the package to Mom’s accountant.

O.K., I’m gonna contact him before my head hits the pillow tonight.

Are we getting ready to tackle our taxes on time this year?

I’m looking for support to get through this insane nonsense.

We received our federal tax refund check today!

Yip.

... ‘cause we have to amend my mother’s return.

am waiting to hear back from my mom’s accoutant on this one. i know he’s very busy.

yet if we wait too long. we’re gonna be in the holiday season and then the next tax year begins.

yikes.

what insanity.

my mom’s accountant returned my mom’s taxes to be signed and i put them into the mail today … the last day without penalty.

so for now we’re done.

we may need to amend the returns; mom’s accountant and i are going to sit down and talk about what we’re potentially missed.

am lowering this goal’s priority to the bottom half of my list.

got confirmation from federal and state that they accepted our tax returns;

my mom’s accountant said he believes he can get her taxes done and submitted without penalty;

*i just did our two city tax returns. got them in envelopes and stamped ‘em. they just need to be plopped into the mailbox.

Spent the day getting my federal and state taxes done.

Sent them electronically, so still need to wait for confirmation and all.

Am going to do the city taxes tomorrow … I hope.

I’m hoping to do my taxes this weekend.

It shouldn’t be complicated like my mom’s.

Now all I need is the firecracker motivation.
