Will have to wait for a long while. Not necessary right now.
Alejandro has written 4 entries about this goal
1. A bit of milk
2. A bit of salt
3. An egg
Optional:
4. Some onion
5. Soft cheese
6. Half sausage
Under slow fire, put the milk and the salt into a small skillet. Break the egg and throw it into the milk. Wait a little and mean while cut onion, cheese and sausage into small parts. If the milk is going up blow it. Slowly stirs the egg. Once you see there is few milk left, add the onion, cheese and sausage. Keep stirring for a lil while. The signal is when the milk is gone, take some bread and juice and there you have a tasty breakfast :)
I also learned how to make “apanado” fish (didn’t find the translation) which I’ll try later.
This morning a friend showed me how he liked eggs. He does them with milk (I didn’t know it was an option) next week (after I come back home) I’ll try it.
I know the basics but I would like to go one step ahead. I wanna learn how to cook typical food of my country.
One of my final goals will be to cook a full charged “bandeja paisa”!
