But have had to do some more research on which way is more effective.
So far I have managed to help reduce my feelings towards certain things that have been haunting me for years, but they are still there. I need to focus on them and do several rounds to shift them out.
I have been listening to Eleanore Duyndam’s free radio sessions which have helped immensely. I think I just need to find the time and motivation to tap regularly. I might have to tap on finding the motivation first!
