I emailed asking them if I can help with a weekend project coming up. I have yet to hear back. So….I will give them some more time. Given my background in managing volunteers I may not be as, well I guess as patient, as I could be.
I have no problem with seeking opportunities to give free labor to ome one else though.
I just love it, its home. Ever since going to the burn a couple of years ago I’ve been a supporter/fan of the Friends of Blackrock volunteer group: http://blackrockdesert.org/friends/
I have been busy with the market the last couple of years, but this coming year I won’t be so I should be able to pop over. I really want to go camping during the Perseids meteor shower – and this might be the year to do it!
