It’s just so much easier to NOT drink water.
Expecially if its just plain.
Anyway.. I’m going to try to increase my intake gradually.. Right now I drink about 500 ML a day.. so Im only 1500 off..
I’m going to try to drink 1000 next week.
When that becomes comfortable Ill try to increase the amount again.

So, I tracked down a calculator to double check how much I should be drinking, I estimated on my weight and kind of averaged my exercise time:
A person who is 118 pounds
and is exercising for 10 minutes ,
is not pregnant,
is not breastfeeding,
does not live at a high altitude,
does not live in a dry climate,
drinks 0 alcoholic drink(s),
when the weather is not very hot or very cold,
and is not sick with fever or diarrhea should have:
60 ounces of water today, or 1.8 liters.
If you eat a healthy diet, about 20 percent of your water may come from the foods you eat. If you eat a healthy diet you can drink 48 ounces of water today, or 1.4 liters.
I don’t know if thats the right percent, but I know its a very large percentage of our body. The thing is, I normally don’t drink enough water at all. I just don’t like the “taste” of it, or I don’t remember to. In the past, I’ve managed to make myself drink enough for about a week, and I remember how good I felt, so alive, and full of energy. I really like that feeling so I want to achieve it again. I bought myself a water bottle that holds a liter, so if I fill it up twice I’ll be getting the recommended amount of water. I also made myself a chart to help me keep track of the amount of water I drink (someone told me that was creepy). I hope that I can be used to drinking enough water by the end of February, and that it’ll be second nature to me.
