Since I want to get in shape for Basic, and I’ll have to be able to run 2.5 miles, I figure I might as well take that extra half a mile ish and train towards 5 k.
I found this great plan on Fitness.com that I’m going to try, it has me run 3 times a week, and it says it’ll take 12 weeks.. I might speed up the process a little but its nice to have a guideline.
