This morning I was pleasantly surprised to see 147 flash on the scale. I haven’t been that low for ages. Because of this annoying plateau, but I think now I’ve got some momentum and I can get past it. I need to lose 7 more pounds, hoping to do so in a few more weeks.
I’ve been watching the biggest loser, it’s really inspiring to watch. Whenever I watch what people do to lose weight and how much drive and motivation they have to change their lives, it really helps me with my eating habits and while I’m exercising I push myself a little harder.
Hopefully next week I’ll be 2 pounds (min) lighter :D

I weighed in at 148 this morning :) I have finally passed the plateau…hopefully I can keep it this way.
8 lbs away!

Back at 149 :D I think it’ll start going down because I am eating better and exercising 3 times a week. I haven’t been eating fast food and staying away from sweets. I used to live off this stuff, no wonder I made it to 150 lbs :(
Also watching ‘the Biggest Loser’ on Tuesday nights helps me a lot to get motivated during the rest of the week, because on the show there are contestants competing to lose the most weight and therefore become the biggest loser. They teach me an awful lot about weight loss and how much you have to do to lose a pound.
I hope that by this time next week I am 147, fingers crossed. I want to be in the 130’s again and it won’t be impossible once I am at 140 :D

I calculated my BMI today, it’s 25.7.. which is overweight.
I need to get down to 140 lbs to be at a normal weight, 150 is too high!

was 149 this morning! haha, its probably going to change I know, I was just so excited this morning. Don’t worry I wont write every time it goes down. But 9 pounds left! :)



I'm 150 lbs 2 months ago

I used to be at 140 that was the highest it was for a long time, then it slowly crept up and here I am at 150 … I know if I eat and drink properly and obsess over my weight I can lose 10 pounds and make it to 140. I just have to THINK about it! I’ve been going to the gym often and maybe I can eat better and the weight will come off.
