This morning for breakfast I had whole wheat sunflower seed rye bread, and some grapes and blackberries.
Then for snack I had some almonds – 15 pieces.
I am starting to love eating more healthy. I eat lots of fruits like apples, grapefruit, oranges, bananas and I eat almonds. I would love to learn about even more healthy foods to eat as snacks and learn from others about healthy eating. I find as I eat more healthy foods, I don’t even crave foods that aren’t good for me like chips, fried foods, fries etc.. it’s great!
