by my bread-baking goal, and the sliced loaf of healthy whole-wheat bread that I have on hand. A couple of times this week I’ve eaten 2 pieces of my bread for breakfast. Like this morning.
A couple of mornings this week I didn’t eat breakfast, but those were days when I was having lunch out, so I didn’t worry about skipping breakfast too much.
so I’ll use this goal to remind me and report my progress.
