not only do I need to do this for myself 6 months ago

but I also need to support my husband who has recently been diagnosed with diabetes. It is going to have to be a thing for the whole family to achieve now!

I had orange juice last night and woke up with a sugar hang over so I really need to do something about this one!

I am eating way too much sugar!



I am starting to cut down on sugary things 2 years ago

since I started at healthy inspirations I have had to be very careful about what I eat and I am having less sugar. (apart from the occasional craving that I just can’t get over!)



I have fallen back into bad habits again 2 years ago

mainly because I am tired and eating on the run. I need to take better care of myself.



drinking water and eating better 2 years ago

made me realise that the bad breath is coming from having too much sugar. I have been following an eating plan that has helped me reduce my sugar intake and after having several days without it then having some I realised that all the sugar is having more of an effect on my body than I thought. I am trying to stick mainly to natural sugars like in fruit. My sweet tooth is giving me big cravings though. I will just have to make sure I don’t have processed sugars anymore.
