Spend 30 minutes cleaning the master bedroom, getting rid of any clutter that accumulated in there over the holiday period!!

Clean up the porch/verandah (whatever you call it!) pretend you are about to entertain guests out there and get it cleaned up! ( If it is snowing where you live perhaps you could choose another area where you would entertain to clean up)

Oops I didn’t read all my mail before writing that response!
Just incase someone else wants to join us I will repost the first challenge

Challenge: clear the bathroom counter down to soap and toothbrushes. Find another spot for everything else. Purge the cabinet and shower by throwing away all empty bottles and anything you bought but don’t use. (Or make firm decision to use it up).



The walls are washed 2 years ago

in the laundry. Started decluttering the toilet (which wasn’t hard!) just need to wash walls in there now!



I have decluttered the laundry 2 years ago

All I have left to do in there now is to clean my crystals and decide if I am going to put them back in there and wash the walls. Eventually I want to paint it but that may have to wait for now. It already feels much better in there!

I managed to clean out 3 shelves in my computer desk, now I just have to organise for some folders to be sent back to my previous employer and that will remove another box of stuff from my house.



I feel like I am holding on to things I no longer need 2 years ago

they are not only creating physical clutter but also mental clutter. I would like to make space for new things to come into my life and to do that I can no longer hold on to things I don’t need. So starting tomorrow I will declutter for 15 minutes twice a day until my clutter is gone! I would like to be clutter free by my next birthday, so here goes. Tomorrow will prove a challenge as I am suffering from a sore throat that even made the doctor say “ouch” and give me two days off work but I think I will manage two 15 minute sessions. Anybody else out there decluttering like to join me?

decluttering in my son’s bedroom today. And I thought I was bad at keeping junk!!! I guess he takes after his mother in more than one way.
