it is my absolute belief that humans have innate psychic ability. Perhaps we truly are descended from an alien race who had strong ones, and we have residual ones that we can develop. there is a lot of hidden knowledge and history, but no problem. if you look you will find what is true, get the wheat from the chaff. i would love to talk to like minded people. email me easy_as_lovers_go@hotmail.com
now for the bulk of my message to you….
i have experience in this matter- i only say it so you will be less likely to bypass me as another know it all who knows nothing. certainly taking pride in ones abilities is problematic, and things should not be readily displayed- in my experience, and that of the ancients (in daoist texts for one, of which im well read) if you want to run off and show someone what you can do, you wont get far. however oral transmission of the techniques is very pure. it still requires yi (intention) and gong (work/effort) plus practice and the right approach. daoist philosophy is great for preparing yourself, but there is no one path to walk.
they exist, and my purpose for being here is to affirm that in someones mind. it will serve as a spark for you, if you had doubts. you will never see a display of blatant magic, not on the net or anything like that. it just doesnt work that way. most people will ridicule this as an excuse, but then it wouldnt be so fantastical without the ridicule. even then, in the grand oneness of things it is small. so you must decide your motivation. if you wanna show your friends or be above everybody, you wont get beyond the spinning foil guys on youtube. the ancients said it, and i am saying it to you- if mundane persons saw it, they would believe it. there would thus be no need for the trials that one goes through in order to (re?)obtain these things. third eye vision, seperating from your body, obtaining wisdom from nature, the universal consciousness/god/higher self call it what you will, talking to those of the remote past and those on the other side of the world, it is all possible. the questioning is not the filter. the deciding factor in you haveing these senses is your approach and your development. you need to develop a feel for it, and accept the pitfalls and your own skepticism. that is a buffer and you need it to filter the wheat from the chaff. stay on it and eventually you will find some truths and realise your nature and inner power. i cannot lay out a process, there is no ONE way to do things, such is the beauty of life. walk the path for yourself, maybe ill see you on the other side.
but if you want to command the elements, get to know the spirits, be humble and respect and dont use them for the sake of affirming your “ability”. ability is a bad word, best to be humble before such things.
it is also not great for a break from boredom. sometimes a lot of stillness is needed. a giddy heart wont get far, so take time to tame it and still yourself. also good to decide an ultimate goal- ie not for breaking boredom. personally i work toward liberation from the cycle of death and rebirth, which i believe not because of buddhism or daoism but because of what i believe has been past life recalls. some days it will seem too massive for you. thats okay. education and everyone else keeping you in line has narrowed your horizons. but dont despair- yin against yang. the more it resists, the more you must push. dont expect to levitate overnight.
All my blessings,
G
