its spring almost 3 years ago

i spent some time pulling up old stuff. the rain is pretty amazing so all kinds of weeds are coming up. but this is the year i will plant lots of new stuff.

i started by cutting back this big bushy mexican sage thing that was ugly, now i am going to start going around the yard getting rid of anything i dont want to keep.

i am thinking of taking everything out over the winter and starting all over in the spring. that way i could do exactly what i want.

i have the yard cleaned up and a few things are planted but i have just been so busy with other things all summer. but it looks at least okay. and its just going to get better.
