I've gone 3 weeks ago

once a week two weeks in a row, then a week off because of a time conflict. Plan to go again this week.

I am realizing more and more 8 months ago

how much this will actually enhance my martial arts. I haven’t done yoga in so long now (blah blah injury blah blah) that I am very stiff and tight. I have been trying to perfect my front forearm snap, and for that you need to be very loose and relaxed. Even though it is getting better and I can pull a nice one off every once in a while, I think doing the yoga would help me be able to loosen my muscles to do it right more consistently.

Hmmmm. Veddy veddy interesting…

I really would love 8 months ago

to try Thai yoga massage sometime.

Went to a class yesterday 2 years ago

and it felt gooooood!

Namaste! 2 years ago

I’m back, I’m stretched, I’m stooped over a little from using muscles and ligaments that haven’t budged in months – fabulous! I even came home and ate a healthy breakfast/lunch of Cheerios (mmmm, Cheerios…!) with blueberries, strawberries, and organic lowfat milk. Dang, I’m healthy!

Maybe this good feeling will motivate me to keep doing yoga at least weekly.

I haven't 2 years ago

done this at all, but I am logging off right now to go to a yoga class for the first time in months and months!

Oooh, I’m gonna be so sore.

Was doing this... 2 years ago

...at least once a week for an hour-long class, then “life” (you know, the thing that interferes with Life) got in the way. So I haven’t been doing it, and I enjoy it so much. Maybe I can start by going every other week…
