I don't know if I can afford to do a trust, 2 days ago

even though it’s recommended. But I think it’s a couple of grand to set one up. However, my ex told me it only cost him about $150 to have a will drawn up, so I think I’ll pursue that.

Look at this – two years later and I’m still talking about setting up a will. Unbelievable.

I started to do this 2 years ago

several months ago using a CD-ROM kit that I bought. I filled out all of the easy parts, then when it became a little more tricky I stopped. I really need to finish this, especially in light of the divorce.
