I walk everyday to the bus stops and back and on my breaks around the city. I do morning in bed stretches. I do afternoon streches almost everyday. But I need to start really exercising. I have a yoga ball. I have a step. I have many, many, many videos of yoga and exercise stuff. I just need to start doing it. once i do it, i know i will like it and get into it as i have before. ready. set. GO!
