have lost 25 lbs so far over the past few six months. took a while to start but the wheels are turning and the inertia has been overcome.
Just being generally active, not watching too much TV or surfing too late into the night. Eating healthier and avoiding junk food is probably the biggest factor. The nintendo wii turns my videogame addiction into a slightly healthier pastime. Green tea, cold or hot, instead of soda or cola.
